REC & REC INTERCITY/JUSA LEAGUE PLAYERS ONLY.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

$20 SIBLING DISCOUNT
To qualify for the sibling discount, sibling players must live at the same address and be registered during the same registration order.  The siblings can be in different age groups.

REFUNDS
Refunds requested will be handled as follows:

• prior to August 1 will be subject to a $10 admin fee
• from August 1 until the first game will be subject to a $10 admin fee + uniform fee of $25-$40
• no refunds after the first game
• refunds for players who cannot be placed on a team will not be subject to any fee
• in the event of season cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds apply
